A Beach Wedding! What? Who Would Want To Get Married On A Beach? Me!

All of us, at some point, are hopeless romantics! And nothing is more romantic than a beach wedding. Why you ask? Considering that the ocean is one of the most desired vacation spots in the world, why not combine the sea and sand with a wedding and say your vows with your toes wiggling in the sand?
But honestly, beach weddings are becoming more and more popular. Some even opt for combining a destination wedding with a beach wedding. People have discovered that these weddings are probably the most relaxed and casual weddings that exist. Many couples have said that the setting is so serene and beautiful, that it’s a bit overwhelming.
And yes, I know what you’re going to ask. Yes, the bride and groom where bridal apparel. It’s just a bit more casual. And for whatever reason, this also allows the happy couple to be themselves. And for many people, that is very important. Every couple that I’ve helped plan a beach wedding agree that they would not have had it any other way.
Most people believe that a beach wedding is much more expensive than a traditional wedding. Not so! If you don’t have the money to fly to an exotic island and have your wedding reception there, you can find many places to have a beach wedding close by and in the U.S. There are local parks, small resorts, local hotels on the water (yes, you can have a beach wedding on a lake!) and you can also rent private property for the day.
Just like a traditional wedding, your beach wedding includes food and drinks, flowers, wedding cake, wedding favors, etc. all surrounding the beach theme of course. And the photos and video of a beach wedding are absolutely breathtaking. Especially if you exchange vows at sunset.
Perhaps you are now considering a beach wedding. But where? There are so many places such as: Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Beach, Siesta Key, Treasure Island, Tampa, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Melbourne Beach, Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach and Okaloosa Island. And that’s just Florida! Also, don’t forget the Caribbean, Fiji, Tahiti, Southern California, Hawaii and I could go on and on and fill up this entire page! Just know that every beach in the world could be the backdrop for your wedding.
So, should you even consider a beach wedding considering what I’ve said? Of course! When planning a wedding, keep all your options open, especially one like this which will save you money and make such amazing memories of one of the most important days of your life.
